Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth

The room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The location made it easy to explore perth, which exceeded my expectations.

No pool-broken sauna

I stayed for two nights while visiting the nearby Art Gallery of WA and was pleased with the spaciousness of the Premium Queen Room. The good location made it easy to explore Elizabeth Quay and the Perth Town Hall, both quite close by. I found the breakfast offering to be a bit disappointing, as some of the items weren't cooked well. The staff were helpful during my stay, which made a difference.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, pillows very hard - uncomfortable but not enough to deter us from staying.Tripped on the elevator when enlighting but not really a problem. I think staff are ther main key to any hotel and your staff are pleasant and receptive.

The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the room had a persistent strange noise from the refrigerator. There were only minimal utensils provided.

The room was a bit dingy, but the location was great for exploring.

Single beds! 4 single beds in 1 room. seating for relaxing in room was not the best. Rooms were a little "tired"

Both of us staying woke up itching.

The location was perfect for checkin out waca and a bunch of other cool spots. Rooms were super clean and comfy, and the staff at reception were super helpful. Breakfast was decent too, and it was only 400 meters to grab the free red bus to the main shopping center.

Only bummer was the early check-in wasn't available, and i think the fridge in my room could use some upgrading. The lobby felt kinda outdated as well.

The hotel was ok and it was nice that we got a bigger room since we stayed 9 nights. Also the free internet access was a nice surprise. Breakfast was quite good, especially of you like British or Asian version.

The beds were in not that good condition.
